Dizzied by my success at getting some big projects finished, I started two new small ones this weekend.
Holly leaves, from the Debbie Bliss autumn/winter magazine from this year. They are for a wreath; I am meant to be knitting 66 of them. We'll see how it goes. They are deceptive because they're only a few rows, but they do involve a picot bind off. Ugh.
I am deaf to all claims it would be quicker to crochet them.
Scrummy 100% silk yarn from Wingham's, purchased at Wonderwool. I am knitting a hat with it. It is very soft and I am sort of thinking about ripping back and making mitts with it instead, but I did pay actual money for the pattern so it seems like a waste.
