Lemon gin: 2018 edition

To try to keep track of all the lemon gins, here is this year's recipe.

Bombay London, 1 litre.
Rind of one orange.
Ring of two lemons.
150g sugar - I'm making this one a bit less sweet because orange is not as sharp.

And, since it seems last year's never got a blog post of its own, here is the picture I took of it last year. I think this is 3 lemons and 200g sugar, as per the first recipe, but obvs in a different gin. We'll see how it turns out. Only two more years to wait.
